To be staged under the theme: “Influence for a Better Africa”, ASMIS promises to be a major platform for discussions on innovation, technology, and responsible digital engagement.

POA Coordinator Bereket Sisay highlighted that the summit will focus on Africa’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, particularly the growing role of AI in content creation. “ASMIS provides a forum to discuss ethical innovation and technology’s potential to amplify Africa’s narrative,” he said.

The event will bring together more than 200 social media influencers from across Africa and the global diaspora, whose combined reach spans hundreds of millions.

Participants will engage in workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities aimed at promoting sustainable development, digital governance, and strategic partnerships between creators and the private sector.

The summit will feature hands-on AI workshops, sessions on using digital platforms to showcase Africa’s progress, opportunities to connect influencers with businesses, and discussions on shaping the continent’s digital engagement.

Bayush Mamo, ASMIS Coordinator, added that with Africa’s digital ecosystem expanding rapidly, ASMIS will help ensure the continent’s digital future is innovative, impactful, and collaborative.

She also announced that official registration will open soon, encouraging creators, influencers, and industry stakeholders to visit www.asmis.org for updates

Forward-thinking brands and organizations are invited to partner with ASMIS to reach Africa’s most influential digital voices and contribute to shaping the continent’s digital and creative future.
